Immediate and long term personal needs of students are managed by the staff of the Oscar Romero Centre for Youth (ORCY) on campus at Alpha. The O-R-C-Y (as we call it) is a place for students to work through any personal challenge with the assistance of trained professionals.

Named for Óscar Arnulfo Romero y Galdámez, the Archbishop of El Salvador who was active against poverty and social injustice until he was assassinated in 1980 while giving mass, The ORCY coordinates direct assistance including transportation, food and hospitality subventions as well as indirect support such as home visits, counselling and work experiences.

The Oscar Romero Centre for Youth is solely funded by private donations. Your support is key to solving this challenge. We thank you in advance for your support! Your donation is greatly appreciated.
