Alpha is excited to partner with Jamaica’s national training agency, Heart/NTA, so that Alpha students receive Heart/NTA certified endorsement of their vocational credentials and abilities. Employment is one of the most challenging issues affecting Jamaica. Training and certification is a critical part of the solution and Alpha appreciates the opportunity to work with the nation’s leading player in skills development.

We always seeking to give our students more, this is why Alpha partner with HEART/NTA. There are many benefits of a HEART certification in addition to training. Heart helps make community connections and ensures skills are relevant. At Alpha, our partnership with Heart/NTA help us fullfil our mission of providing an excellent education but also to develop the whole person. With comprehensive training, Alpha students will better contribute positively to their families and communities and to Jamaica.

In addition to the HEART/NTA certification, Alpha students also sit for general education and music exams. In the past two years Alpha students have been awarded national City & Guilds Mathematics and English Awards. Music students sit for the Associated Boards Royal School of Music theory and practical exams.
